Withdrawal Policy

This withdrawal policy applies to customers resident in the European Union. If your order is delivered to the United States, please see the separate section further down this page.

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, take(s) possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us:

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an unambiguous declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you dispatch the goods before the fourteen-day period expires.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Returns for Deliveries to the United States

The statutory right of withdrawal set out above applies to customers in the European Union. For orders delivered to the United States, the following voluntary return policy applies instead.

You may return any piece within 30 days of delivery, for any reason.

How to return a piece. Write to leo.koch@sidera-jewelry.de before sending anything back. We will confirm your return in writing and give you the return address. Returns sent without prior confirmation cannot be processed.

Condition. The piece must be unworn and in its original condition, and must be returned complete with its certificate of authenticity, its chain and its original packaging. We may reduce your refund to reflect any loss in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature and characteristics of the piece.

Return shipping. You arrange and pay for the return shipment. Please use a tracked and insured service. Until the piece reaches us, it remains at your risk, so please keep your proof of postage and your tracking number.

What we refund. We refund the price of the piece in full, within 14 days of receiving it, using the payment method you used for the order.

We do not refund the United States import duty and customs handling charges. We pay these to United States Customs on your behalf when the parcel enters the country, and they are not returned to us when a piece is re-exported. Outbound shipping is free of charge on every order, so there is nothing to refund there.

Faulty or damaged pieces. If a piece arrives damaged or is not as described, this policy does not apply. Write to us within 14 days of delivery and we will arrange and pay for the return, and refund you in full including all duties and charges.
